• Explore different cities, people, and cultures, sharing unique experiences with the students you teach, and enhancing their understanding of their own heritage and culture

• Encourage students to serve as hometown ambassadors and music emissaries, as they develop leadership skills and exemplify excellence in their work, behavior, and performance skills.

Encourage students to evaluate their own performances through competition; support students in respecting others from different schools and states by performing with and for them. Strengthen relationships based on working together toward a common goal and sharing experiences among students and between students and staff.
