Michael Pileggi
President

Michael has 30 years of experience in the hospitality, tour, and travel industries, in several states. He holds a degree in hotel administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and has taught numerous college courses in hospitality management, sales, and marketing. He has accompanied hundreds of student performing tours. Michael enjoys traveling, cooking, creating food garnishes, and roller-blading.

Wendy Andberg
Vice President

Before co-founding Performance Tours, Wendy was the director of development for Minnesota Public Radio. She was also on the faculty at the University of Minnesota, and has consulted extensively on leadership and organizational development. She is an active community volunteer. Wendy holds a Ph.D. in educational policy and administration from the University of Minnesota, and has been honored for her leadership. She enjoys music and traveling.

Brie Pileggi
Group Tour Specialist

Brie holds a degree from the University of Minnesota in Psychology and Spanish with a minor in Foreign Studies. During her time there, she studied abroad in both Mexico and Spain, and spent several months backpacking across Europe.

Brie was formerly a sheriff's detention deputy, but left law enforcement to join the family business, in which she was raised and has worked part-time during her high school and college years. Brie enjoys cooking, rock climbing, and kayaking. She also volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters and is a translator for Minnesota Friends of the Orphans

Pam Caswell
Bookkeeper

Pam has worked over 12 years in office management, accounting, and customer service in small business. She studied liberal arts at the University of Minnesota - Morris, and earned an accounting and business management degree from St. Cloud Business College.

She enjoys volunteering at school, home decorating, shopping, biking, and fishing.
